I found this blog, “Police to spy on drivers suspected of texting in federal test,” on Yahoo by Justin Hyde. I thought it was an interesting read that discusses the difficulty police have enforcing the “no texting while driving” ban in the states it passed, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration providing CT and MA with $550, 000 grant to test a variety of ways to notice drivers who are texting while in motion over the next two years.
