Often We might forget to Breathe,
Rushing to support the next client,
Organizing the next protest,
Advocating for more resources,
Whatever We ethically can do.
To remind others Hope is still there.
Yet We have forgotten someone important
…..Ourselves.
We are Human as well,
With limits, stress, and other Hats to wear.
To ward off burn-out and negativism,
Remember to Breathe.
