Tuesday morning the police evicted the Occupy Wall Street protesters and cleaned the park. Tensions ran high that morning – scenes from an empty Zuccotti around 9:15 a.m.; the regrouping of the protesters at a lot on Canal & 6th Street around 10:15 a.m.; and then their return to Zuccotti to confront the police around 11:00 a.m.
