In a real, definable way, we create our own reality, our own experience. How we view a situation makes a quantifiable difference. Happiness is a matter of choice. The spin we put on a thing matters.

Though in Bob’s case, lots of ganja helped ease his outlook…..It is absolutely true- we set our own goals and attachments, and if we are unhappy, we need to examine those closely. Too often we create our own misery with unrealistic goals and attachments- esp. in regards to the behavior of others, whom we cannot control.
